@BiggWest2k steps down from MPBA

After 3 years of promoting, marketing and starting up the PS4 League for the MPBA. Lawrence West also known as BiggWest steps down as Executive Vice President/ PS4 League Coordinator. @Toijuin will step over from XB1 to takeover at the helm. He will be missed by the community but even more from The MPBA Brotherhood.
